Jaimi Lynn (Wachniak) Kunz in 2004 one of the members of a young group of 14 and 15 year old People to People Student Ambassadors visited Fiji. After seeing first hand the plight of their fellow students just to attend school they decided to do something to help their new friends in FijiJaimi Lynn and her fellow members started Project Bula! which means a "Designed Plan for Life" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fbE9EcStPMIn 2008 the Educational Foundation for the Children of Fiji was granted 501c3 status as a non for profit.Project Bula! Fiji Foundation® 2009 became a registered trademarkThe Chief, now the Late Turaga Na Kalevu Ratu Sakiusa Makutu, Royal family assigned 100 acres of their own personal land for the new location for the Global Entrepreneurial Academy - the Center of Excellence in the Nadroga Navosa Province.Mr. Jocelyn MacKay of ICAP Inc. Woodland Hills Cal. created the approved Architectural Master Plan.We, Janiece Jackson Executive Director, Philip and Carol Wachniak Co-Founders were in Fiji in May 2015 meeting with Apenisa Kurisaqila VP in Fiji and the presenting a Memorial Honorary Visionary Award to the Late Turaga Na Kalevu Ratu Sakiusa Makutu family. As well as meeting with the Minister of Ministry of Education Mr. ReddyThank you to our all volunteers and volunteer board members and advisors.
